Over the course of several restructuring processes, the grape varieties selected for use in red wines were Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Sousão
Malvasia Fina, Gouveio and Viosinho were the varieties chosen for white wine production.
These are excellent varieties which give rise to the greatest Estate Wines.
